President and Chief Executive Officer

Pierre de Villem√©jane joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2015.  A strategic business leader and growth architect, Pierre came to Heritage Home Group with an impressive background of successful Chief Executive Officer roles across multiple industries including consumer products and electronics manufacturing.  Most recently, Pierre served as CEO of WWRD where he transformed a struggling business into a vibrant, profitable company on a strong growth trajectory.  He enjoys a solid track record in luxury retail and strategic designer initiatives all while positioning brands for sustainable growth.  Pierre also serves on the board of directors for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE:MSO)


Regan Iglesia

Chief Merchandising Officer

Regan Iglesia joined the company in January 2016.  He is responsible for the overall strategy development of the Heritage Home brand portfolio, brand management, merchandising and marketing developing a cohesive and integrated approach between all merchandising and marketing activities with a single focus on brand leadership. Regan came to Heritage Home from Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert. At WWRD, Iglesia served as senior vice president and global brand director for Waterford and Wedgwood. He also held a number of senior-level positions in sales, product development and marketing during his 24-year career where he successfully drove the transformation of Waterford and Wedgwood into vibrant, leading luxury life style brands with clear identities and strong market differentiation.


Blair Hawley

Chief Operations Officer

Blair was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Heritage Home Group in May 2015.  Responsible for the global network of supply chain and manufacturing operations, Blair comes to HHG with a strong background in this field.  His 20+ year career spans multiple successful roles in supply chain and manufacturing across a broad range of industries including consumer products, personal care, furniture, and industrial technologies.  Prior to joining Heritage Home Group, Blair served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer for Sun Products Corporation, a $2B manufacturer of laundry and cleaning products where he played a pivotal role in the turn-around of supply chain operations leading to reduced costs and increased efficiency.
