Chief Merchandising Officer
Regan Iglesia joined the company in January 2016. He is responsible for the overall strategy development of the Heritage Home brand portfolio, brand management, merchandising and marketing developing a cohesive and integrated approach between all merchandising and marketing activities with a single focus on brand leadership. Regan came to Heritage Home from Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert. At WWRD, Iglesia served as senior vice president and global brand director for Waterford and Wedgwood. He also held a number of senior-level positions in sales, product development and marketing during his 24-year career where he successfully drove the transformation of Waterford and Wedgwood into vibrant, leading luxury life style brands with clear identities and strong market differentiation.
